第四章 基礎(chǔ)要求及供貨范圍
Chapter 4 Foundation Requirements and Scope of Supply
一.對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的要求
1. Requirements for the foundation
輥壓機(jī)可以安裝在地平面上,也可以安裝在樓板上,可以采用鋼筋混凝土基礎(chǔ),也可采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。
The roller press can be installed on the ground plane or on the floor. It can be the reinforced concrete foundation or the steel structure foundation.
由于擠壓粉碎力全部在封閉的機(jī)架被平衡,故對(duì)基礎(chǔ)主要考慮其機(jī)身重量和水平,垂直動(dòng)載荷系數(shù)。
Since the crushing force is fully balanced in the closed frame, the weight of the body and the horizontal and vertical dynamic load coefficients are mainly considered for the foundation.
1.主機(jī)重量按100噸考慮。若將主機(jī)基礎(chǔ)分為兩部分,其各需承受的重量可以按設(shè)備長度比例進(jìn)行估算。

第五章 設(shè)備安裝前注意事項(xiàng)
Chapter 5 Precautions before Equipment Installation
一.設(shè)備的開箱檢驗(yàn)
1. Unpacking inspection of equipment
輥壓機(jī)在生產(chǎn)過程中雖經(jīng)過周密考慮，并在出廠交付裝運(yùn)前已經(jīng)過徹底的測試和完善的運(yùn)前準(zhǔn)備，但在運(yùn)輸過程中可能導(dǎo)致機(jī)器的損壞。請對(duì)照裝運(yùn)清單逐條進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢查。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有損壞或零部件短缺，請及時(shí)通報(bào)承運(yùn)單位。
Although the roller press has been carefully considered during the production process, and has been thoroughly tested and perfect pre-shipment preparation before delivery and shipment, it may cause damage the machine during transportation. Please check carefully one by one against the shipping list. If any damage or shortage of parts is found, please notify the carrier in time.
設(shè)備到貨后，使用廠方及時(shí)會(huì)同制造廠對(duì)所到貨物和隨機(jī)文件進(jìn)行清點(diǎn)、驗(yàn)收，辦理移交手續(xù)。所有貨物須登記上冊入庫、文件建檔；對(duì)于缺損的貨物要求制造廠及時(shí)補(bǔ)齊,技術(shù)文件做好發(fā)放登記工作。
After the equipment arrives, the user and the manufacturer shall check and accept the goods and random documents in time with the manufacturer, and go through the handover procedures. All goods must be registered and put into the warehouse, and the documents shall be filed; for the defective goods, the manufacturer shall be required to fill up in time, and the technical documents shall be issued and registered.
二.設(shè)備的裝卸
2. Loading and unloading of equipment
貨物到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后的裝卸和搬運(yùn)應(yīng)按下面的要求進(jìn)行：
The loading, unloading and handling of goods upon arrival at the site shall be carried out according to the following requirements:
1) 首先組織有關(guān)人員制定卸貨和運(yùn)輸方案，清理好庫房和露天貨場，根據(jù)貨場種類、編號(hào)、安裝順序統(tǒng)一安排存放地點(diǎn)，力求減少搬運(yùn)次數(shù)。
1) First, organize relevant personnel to formulate unloading and transportation plans, clean up warehouses and open yards, and uniformly arrange storage locations according to yard types, numbers, and installation sequences, and strive to reduce the frequency of transportation.
2) 認(rèn)真做好具體工作人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和安全教育工作。

3) 準(zhǔn)備好各種適應(yīng)的起吊和運(yùn)輸設(shè)備工具等。

4) 對(duì)于需要小心謹(jǐn)慎裝卸的貨物，在搬運(yùn)和起吊作業(yè)中應(yīng)根據(jù)貨物的包裝標(biāo)記及要求進(jìn)行。
4) For goods that need to be carefully loaded and unloaded, handling and lifting operations should be carried out according to the packaging marks and requirements of the goods.
5) 卸貨前要認(rèn)真檢查火車（汽車、船）上各貨物捆綁和裝車方法，確保在移動(dòng)捆綁材料時(shí)不致引起貨物的損壞。
5) Before unloading, carefully check the binding and loading methods of each cargo on the train (car, ship) to ensure that the cargo will not be damaged when the binding materials are moved.
6) 要認(rèn)真熟悉設(shè)備的裝箱單及其要求，按設(shè)備的總裝箱單所分解的包裝單元。做到文明卸貨、輕吊、輕放，不準(zhǔn)隨意扔摔。
6) Familiarize yourself with the packing list of the equipment and its requirements carefully, and decompose the packing unit according to the equipment packing list. Do the unloading, lifting and handling in the civilized manner, and are not allowed to throw them at will.
7) 在裝卸作業(yè)中，應(yīng)避免貨物與貨物之間，貨物與運(yùn)輸工具之間，貨物與其他建筑物之間的磕碰現(xiàn)象，不得損壞油漆表面、加工表面，必要時(shí)應(yīng)加木墊或其他軟墊，鋼絲繩應(yīng)加膠套或使用專門的吊裝工具。
7) During loading and unloading operations, collisions between the goods and the goods, between the goods and the means of transport, and between the goods and other buildings should be avoided. The painted surface and the processed surface should not be damaged. If necessary, wooden mats or other soft cushions should be added, and steel wire ropes should be covered with rubber sleeves or use special lifting tools.
8) 起吊作業(yè)注意事項(xiàng)：

吊繩應(yīng)拴掛在標(biāo)有起吊標(biāo)記的地方。對(duì)于加工表面用木料襯托等保護(hù)的貨物，為了防止損傷，吊繩應(yīng)拴掛在襯托處。
The sling should be tied to the place marked with lifting mark. For goods protected by wood lining on the processed surface, the sling should be tied to the lining in order to prevent damage.
無起吊標(biāo)記時(shí)，吊繩應(yīng)掛在設(shè)備適當(dāng)?shù)牟课�，�?yīng)先試吊，找好重心方能起吊， 嚴(yán)防損傷設(shè)備和發(fā)生事故。
When there is no lifting mark, the lifting rope should be hung on the appropriate part of the equipment, and the lifting should be tested first, and the center of gravity can be found before lifting, so as to prevent damage the equipment and accidents.
9) 利用其他運(yùn)輸工具作業(yè)時(shí)應(yīng)按照各有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行裝運(yùn)作業(yè)。
9) When using other means of transportation to operate, carry out shipping operations in accordance with relevant regulations.
10) 對(duì)于要求保持干燥和室內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存的貨物遇有陰雨天氣時(shí)應(yīng)停止作業(yè)，蒙好氈布看管起來。
10) For the goods that are required to be kept dry and stored indoors, the operation should be stopped in case of rainy weather and covered with blankets.
11) 貨物在搬運(yùn)過程中，應(yīng)有完善的固定措施，嚴(yán)防在運(yùn)輸過程中發(fā)生滾動(dòng)或滑動(dòng)，以免發(fā)生設(shè)備的損傷或事故。
11) During the transportation of the goods, there should be perfect fixing measures to prevent rolling or sliding during transportation to avoid equipment damage or accidents.
三．設(shè)備的貯存
3. Equipment storage
貨物到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后，存放和安裝間隔一段時(shí)間，為了防止設(shè)備在這段過程中銹蝕或損壞，避免安裝時(shí)出現(xiàn)故障和困難，因此對(duì)貨物的存放和保管提出下列要求：
After the goods arrive at the site, there is a period of time between storage and installation. In order to prevent the equipment from rusting or damage during this process, and to avoid failures and difficulties during installation, the following requirements are put forward for the storage and custody of the goods:
1) 無論室內(nèi)、室外存放，也無論包裝形式如何，所有貨物都應(yīng)放在木枕上。避免貨物與地面直接接觸，貨物底部離開地面的高度不得小于 150 毫米。
1) Regardless of whether it is stored indoors or outdoors, and regardless of packaging, all goods should be placed on wooden sleepers. Avoid direct contact between the cargo and the ground, and the height of the bottom of the cargo from the ground should not be less than 150 mm.
2) 存放貨物選擇在排水、通風(fēng)良好，無有害氣體的地方。

3) 室外存放，如果使用棚布覆蓋，雨后應(yīng)及時(shí)處理，以防棚布上積水并應(yīng)注意通風(fēng)，保持干燥。

4) 對(duì)于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件，吊裝安放時(shí)要小心，嚴(yán)禁扭彎，要按照有關(guān)要求放于枕木上。
4) For steel structural parts, be careful when hoisting and placing them, twisting is strictly prohibited, and they must be placed on sleepers in accordance with relevant requirements.
5) 對(duì)于一般機(jī)械的加工表面，螺紋等應(yīng)按要求涂防銹油膜。
5) For the machined surface of general machinery, thread etc. should be coated with anti-rust oil film as required.
6) 所有貨物在裝卸、運(yùn)輸、入庫過程中遇有油漆剝落，應(yīng)及時(shí)按要求修整補(bǔ)涂。
6) Paint peeling off all goods during loading, unloading, transportation, and storage, should be repaired and repainted in time as required.
7) 保管期間內(nèi)每月一次，檢查各包裝件有無異�，F(xiàn)象，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。保管過程中，每半月進(jìn)行抽檢，并做好檢驗(yàn)記錄。特別是遇異常天氣，臺(tái)風(fēng)及雨季時(shí)，更需注意保管。
7) Once a month during the storage period, check each package for abnormalities, and deal with any problems in time. During the storage process, random inspections are conducted every half month and inspection records are made. Especially in the event of abnormal weather, typhoon and rainy season, it is necessary to keep it safe.
8) 橡膠板，密封圈，各種電纜應(yīng)避免直接受太陽照射。

9) 倉庫的存放和保管
9) Storage and custody of warehouse
倉庫是具有防雨雪、風(fēng)沙、潮濕的設(shè)施。要確保通風(fēng)良好，無水浸蝕。如果要把貨物堆積起來，原則上堆積的層數(shù)不得超過二層。大件在下層，小件在上層，兩層之間用木墊隔開。
The warehouse is protected from rain, snow, wind and sand, and humidity. Ensure good ventilation and no water erosion. If the goods are to be piled up, in principle, the number of layers should not exceed two. The large pieces are on the lower layer and the small pieces are on the upper layer. The two layers are separated by wooden mats.
墊木長度不短于下箱。應(yīng)做到大不壓小，重不壓輕。當(dāng)通過計(jì)算和其他方法確認(rèn)對(duì)下層貨物無損傷的情況下，根據(jù)需要也可堆成三層。重量大于3 噸的包裝箱和物體不應(yīng)堆積存放。貨物的存放，要把標(biāo)牌的一面面向通道，便于查找。電氣設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備（包括各種保護(hù)裝置的電氣控制開關(guān)）均應(yīng)存放在專門的庫房里，要保證溫度和濕度的要求。液壓、潤滑油站和控制閥件應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存在相對(duì)干燥、溫度無劇烈變化的場所。貨物經(jīng)開箱后，再要入庫存放時(shí)，要把它恢復(fù)到開箱的狀態(tài)。
The stow length is not shorter than the lower box. Should be big and not overwhelming, not overweight. When it is confirmed by calculation and other methods that there is no damage to the underlying cargo, it can be stacked into three layers as needed. Packing boxes and objects weighing more than 3 tons should not be stacked and stored. For the storage of goods, one side of the sign should face the passage for easy searching. Electrical equipment and control equipment (including electrical control switches for various protection devices) should be stored in a special warehouse to ensure temperature and humidity requirements. Hydraulic and lubricating oil stations and control valves should be stored in relatively dry places with no drastic changes in temperature. After the goods are unpacked, they must be restored to the unpacked state when they are put into inventory.

簡易庫房的地面需要重新平整，房頂和四壁要臨時(shí)遮蓋。陽光、風(fēng)雨等不能進(jìn)入。貨物的放置應(yīng)具有良好的通風(fēng)條件。嚴(yán)密注視地面的積水并及時(shí)疏通排泄.對(duì)已受潮貨物應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。
The ground of the simple warehouse needs to be leveled again, and the roof and walls should be temporarily covered. Sun, wind and rain cannot enter. Goods should be placed with good ventilation conditions. Pay close attention to the accumulation of water on the ground and clear the drainage in time. Deal with the damp goods in time.
11)露天貨場的存放和保管
11) Storage and custody of open yard
露天貨場應(yīng)設(shè)置在灰塵少，蒸汽少，通風(fēng)良好的地方。需要用帆布覆蓋保護(hù)的貨物，即使是運(yùn)輸中臨時(shí)存放或已經(jīng)防腐處理好的設(shè)備和材料，仍需用防護(hù)帆布覆蓋保護(hù)。用防護(hù)覆蓋貨物時(shí)應(yīng)注意，放置設(shè)備的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)凸出部分或邊緣部分將帆布刮破。經(jīng)常檢查貨物表面油漆是否起皮或脫落，加工表面是否銹蝕，結(jié)構(gòu)件是否發(fā)生扭曲變形等異常情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)處理，并要清除隱患，以確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不變。
The open-air cargo yard should be set up in a place with less dust, less steam and good ventilation. Goods that need to be covered with canvas, even if the equipment and materials are temporarily stored during transportation or have been treated with anti-corrosion treatment, still need to be covered with protective canvas. When covering the cargo with protection, be careful that the projecting part or edge part of the steel structure where the equipment is placed will scratch the canvas. Frequently check whether the paint on the surface of the goods is peeling or peeling off, whether the processed surface is corroded, whether the structural parts are distorted or deformed, etc., and if any problems are found, they must be dealt with in time and hidden dangers must be removed to ensure that the product quality remains unchanged.
